The Internet can be such a confusing place and it seems that everybody (especially me!) needs a helping hand from time to time. There are so many possibilities...it's just mind-boggling. In order to help alleviate some of that confusion, below are a few simple answers and solutions to some of the most common questions and problems:

How much am I billed and how often?
When you subscribe, you are billed either $24.95 for a 30-Day Subscription or $99.95 for a 180-Day Subscription. The 30-Day Membership is offered as a recurring charge as well as a non-recurring charge.

How long does my account last after I cancel?
Your account lasts until the end of the month that you last paid for. So, if you are billed on the 15th and you cancel on the 20th, your account remains open and active until the 15th of the next month.

How does the billing show up on my credit card?
If you joined via iBill, your subscription will be billed as "iBillCS.com*Amber Mich." If you joined via CCBill, your subscription will be billed as "CCBill.com *Amber Michae."

How do I find my subscription number?
There are two ways to find your subscription number. You can go directly to iBill's Customer Service pages at www.ibillcs.com, CCBill's main site at www.ccbill.com or you can email my webmaster directly at webmaster@ambermichaels.com.

If you email, you should give your full name and the email address you used when signing up in order to make it easier for the subscription number to be found. The easiest way to avoid losing your subscription number is to keep the original receipt sent to you when you signed up to the site.

I'm having problems logging in. What's wrong?
It is possible that you are trying to access at a time that iBill is doing maintenance, but this occurs only a few times each month (normally between the hours of 5am EST to 7am EST). You may also need to update your browser. iBill uses SSL 3.0 encryption on their subscription pages, if you have an older browser you may experience problems.

AOL's browser consistently experiences problems with this encryption (and video clips!), so we strongly suggest using another browser such as Internet Explorer or Netscape. They're both free to download and use!

How do I dispute a billing?
Do you feel you have been charged in error? Were you billed twice in the same month? Email webmaster@ambermichaels.com for help....


:: LOST PASSWORD ::

Please use one the buttons below to automatically have your password emailed to you, depending on which billing company you signe up with.

If this button doesn't work, please email webmaster@ambermichaels.com with your Subscription Number and Username and we will send you your password as soon as possible.

Note: You must enter your username and password the exact same way each time.
If you capitalized some letters when you signed up, you must always capitalize them.


:: BROKEN LINKS ::

If you encounter any broken links, "File Not Found" or error messages, please email webmaster@ambermichaels.com and my webmaster will take care of it! :-)

If you have any experience any problems and/or would like to cancel your membership via email, please send your Subscription Number, Username, and Password to webmaster@ambermichaels.com. Your cancellation will be processed within 48 hours.

Note: Your account remains open and active until the end of your last billing period.
